Welcome to our office at 2305 NW Monroe Avenue. Because it is adjacent to the OSU Campus, this location is super convenient & easy to find. Many of our tenants are affiliated with OSU.  We are thrilled to have such a great location for our office where it's EASY to get together.  For our tenants & future tenants who are not affiliated with OSU, our office is very easy to find because it is right next to a very popular pub called The Downward Dog. We would love to get to know you & learn more about what kind of housing you're looking for so we can help you find the perfect HOME!

 

Brayden spends much of his time out in the community, so please be sure to schedule an appointment if you would like to meet at the Chateau Management office on Monroe.

Our office is designed to make you feel at home & it is finished like many of the homes that we manage.  It is comfortable.  Of course, this is not an accident.  We want you to get a feel for what it would be like to rent your own Chateau when you come to visit our office.  You are welcome here!

Most of our tenants use our online portal to pay their rent, but they are welcome to use the secure drop box at the office to pay their rent.  Likewise, most of our communication will happen via text, phone, or email; however, feel free to schedule a visit at our office.
